Who is JRG?

Johnson Research Group, Inc. (JRG) is a Chicago-based, community planning and economic development firm specializing in tax increment financing (TIF), urban revitalization and planning, property tax research and analysis services, capital planning analysis and development coordination. JRG is certified as a City of Chicago and Cook County WBE, as well as a state and federal DBE.

 

JRG is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board ("MSRB"). 

 

 

 

 

Since our establishment in 1998, JRG has provided expert advisory services and research assistance to public agencies, non-profit groups, private developers and business owners throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond. As a small firm of experienced professionals, JRG is able to tailor services to each client’s individual needs.
